Wireless industry innovators Integrated Services Group Inc. (OTC-PK:ISVG) and SkyberCorp Inc. are pleased to announce an agreement and funding plans between SkyberCorp's Brasilian Services Group, SkyberCorp do Brasil LTDA, and entities of the State of Goias, of Brasil. Under the terms of the licensing agreement, ISVG through SkyberCorp and IntraGlobis USA will receive funding for production facilities. Funding will also be used for the purchase of land to build such facilities. In addition, there will be loan guarantees to supply the first combined navigational and anti-theft tracking applications, services and manufacturing facilities in Brasil, utilizing a variety of technologies. This build out is intended to drive-in substantial revenues.
