Again, if they tell you that things are going well, will you believe that? Do you really think that they will tell you anything but that? Look at the PPS. Did you ask them in an email before you bought in? I think not!
They cannot respond to anyone particular email as again, THAT IS AGAINST SEC RULES!
If they did, I would consider the info to be that of hype and insider info and so would the SEC. Just ask someont at the SEC what they think.
I did not say that your questions were unethical. I only said that a CEO's response privately to you in an email would be considerer insider info, and yes, unethical from them if they did.
I would be more concerened about a CEO that did reply than one that does not. Try emailing Bill Gates or Steve Jobs and see what response you get.
The only way they can LEGALLY RESPOND TO YOU OR US, is through a PR or a legal filing as they did with the Financials.
