crap market this week... looking for some fresh meat. able to stay on the grill awhile. have the ability to be seasoned a bit. something that will sit there and sizzle, letting off an aroma of perfection. a piece of meat that is so juicy and so well cut... a piece of meat that is so tender, that excitement meets a realization that everything you had hoped for in that piece of meat will be inevitable. a meat that once you get the privilege to indulge upon, will be the most satisfying experience in a very long time. and WILL be enjoyed with a cold beer and a beautiful day. Period.
