even though ten mill traded its still less than ten percent of the float...could have something to do with insider selling for certain regulatory purposes i.e. dividend structure or something similar... never know the reason. Obviously it looks related to the news because of the timing, but I dont see how this news can be interpreted badly based on the previous pr's this is 100 times better news. Even mentioning the specific products they will develop with FDA track.
