I would have to guess the buyback will not start until after the second shipment, unless they have enough funds leftover to do a modest buyback (say half a million bucks/millions bucks worth). The PR/IR department said they are adding equipment and are paying down their debts with this first shipment, so I'm not sure how much will be leftover for the buyback on this first shipment. I was hoping the explosion would happen after the first shipment, now it appears we will have to wait for buyback/financials...possibly Q2 financials. Now that there was a large amount of panic selling I believe the CE will be a larger factor now. It may bring a bunch of these sellers back into the stock once that has been removed. There loss is my gain. I hope it stays this low for 1 more week so I can make a mega buy (by my standards),
