I wonder if Sass has forgotten about that other stinky solar outfit he and Matvieshen were involved with that filed a NT 10-K last year and then didn't bother filing the 10-K within the prescribed 15 days. In fact, it didn't submit another SEC filing of any kind after that.

"What we all know is that the 10K MUST be complete and filed by April 15th."
