IT's like the CBIS website is being hit with too many hits, could be a DoS attack, "Denial of Service"

I wouldn't put it past our own DEA and legal agents to be behind the foul play. The DEA will be out of a job and will have to go fight in the REAL WARs; Iraq, Afghanistan, Lybia, and abroad with their Marine, Navy, Airforce and Army counterparts when this "domestic war on drugs" is finally turned into "collecting taxes and fighting terrorism".
