If it's an old PP investor, he's likely taking a huge hit here since the stock was reversed imo. Sometimes people just wanna get out, I have done that myself but not on solid dd plays.

Considering the prior managament problems, its possible there are a few that just simply want to exit, even at a big loss now that they have freed up a few shares.I would rather take him out here than have him stopping us at .50 ~Rig
