A Pink stock is not required to provide audited Financials. The only time they would spend the money would be to move-up to a higher board, or if they were trying to sell the Company or perhaps for financing purposes. IMO
That's why it's so difficult and frustrating to try and understand/know what exactly is going on here. What is the true value of inventory? Real o/s shares? Real cash flow? Real value/existence of equipment, etc., etc.. Let's face it, we own Lottery Tickets and hopefully we all are holding winners. Go PRMO!
