i am sure DEan has been praying for a development like this

he can now blame the FDa for screwing the little guy and allowing some other competitor to beat him to the punch

he can say it isnt my fault....the FDA did this to us...and it is with a heavy heart i have to announce BK

but we are going to sue the us govt!!! WE ARETAKING OUR GLOVES OFF!!!!

and we shall overcome!!!!!!
