That is exactly insider trading info. If he tells me they are doing good and likes you better and tells you that they are not doing good. That is all wrong.

You can make a statement asking him to put out a PR on the current business situation! But realize those PR's cost the company money too.

Asking them anything pertaining to business and wanting a reply or expecting a reply is forbidden coming from a CEO in a private setting as an email is.

Read the 10K and base what is now happening on facts that have passed and not on what may or may not happen in the future.
