the problem with reports is we dont always or cant always be sure whether the reading is fiction or non fiction...unaudited mean little in third world countries...what i know is around this time in a very carefully worded conversation with the gagged t/a that prom had a pretty sizable amount of restricted shares.this should be consistent with the financials stating the $4.5 million in mining equipment purchased with a restricted share guarantee so to speak.imo we still need to see the rest of the story like equipment,mines,employees housing,data,and other details.imo
