That looks like purposeful small sells to bring pps down.

Probably shorters. Not sure if you noticed, they aren't winning much. Today's chart show small upward trend. IMO, it should close at yesterday's close, if the numbers don't come out before the bell.

Looking at LII it could reach .1 if the numbers arrive before the bell.
