On the first day that BOTH Companies begin Trading simultaneously
(side-by-side)...

On that first day, PTEL -- with its NEW Share Structure -- begins Trading
alongside ENTI.

AT THAT EXACT MOMENT, the Share Prices of BOTH ENTI and PTEL
WILL BE IDENTICAL, because they EACH will have IDENTICAL A/S and O/S.

From that moment on (or realistically, after a few days or weeks),
the ongoing Share Prices of both stocks will begin to diverge.
This is VERY IMPORTANT to note.

FOR EXAMPLE:
On say, June 23, 2011, upon Market Open at 9:30am EDT,
-- ENTI could have a Share Price of $0.0036.
-- PTEL could have a Share Price of $0.04.

Such an EXCITING prospect!!$$ Exciting! EXCITING!! ;-O)
