and imo the *entity/s* that illegally manipulated exph's
stock via wash trading thru multi accts <and ran exph for
the first time *earlier* that summer>

Lets not let silly little things like facts get in the way right? I mean the run in July had nothing to do with a conference call where the CEO predicted repeatedly 100 million in sales of a "new" product. It had nothing to do with Expo releasing financials that showed they were profitable (even though it was just crafty accounting). It had nothing to do with Expo PR'ing the same Stanley order a number of times. It had nothing to do with JD saying on the CC that 20% of their sales could be from Wal Mart.
