There is no confusion on the SS. It went up 600 mil in unrestricted shares. The OS and float are both up 600 mil in 2 weeks. I said earlier that the wording in the SSLC PR was odd.

The investment is all cash and will not include AppTech issuing any new stock to SSLC.



By the looks of the wording, I'd be curious to know if these 600 mil shares were sold for the cash, for this transaction. He also PRd 2-3 weeks ago that there is not concern for dilution.
