Hello everyone!

I posted a couple of days ago a production analysis for this Production year for January-June using the information we received for the production numbers up to March 25th. The reason why I posted it multiple times was because I used several different calculations to estimate this production years (January-June) gold and diamond mining numbers. My most recent posts were deleted. Hopefully someone will get something out of my estimations. Let me know what you think. I know my numbers are based on the current mining numbers and they will still make SGCP a profitable year.

Stock Analysis for SGCP (Sierra Gold Corporation)

Invest in SGCP. 4 times as much increase in mining numbers from last year.

SGCP (Sierra Gold Corporation) Mining numbers.

This is what we mined for January-June in 2010:

197 oz of gold and 137 pieces (52 carats)

Only: 28 oz au were recovered and sold through JV ops
26 pcs diamonds were recovered (.2 - 1.45 cts various grades)only 14% of the
gold and 19% of the diamonds
were recoverd from january--March 13th of 2010
so 169 ounces of gold and 111 pieces of diamonds were recovered from March
14th--June 30th of year 2010

This year from January- March 25 2011
As of March 25, 2011 SGCP extracted 105.3 ounces of gold from all project
sources and 82 pieces of diamonds (.05-2.3 carats).
Just using last years production rates using January-Mid March in comparison to
Mid-March to End of June (which this year should be higher!!!)

We should get this much production from March 25th--June 30th

Gold 645 ounces
Diamonds 349 pieces

Which gives us 6 month production totals of:

Estimation: We will have the following for number January to June 2011
Gold 750 ounces
Diamonds 431 pieces (.05-2.3 carats)
Notice also that carats are a lot bigger (1.45 high 2010 in comparison to 2.3
carats in 2011)

Or you can calculate it like this:
January-Mid March
2010 Gold 26 ounces
2011 Gold 105.3 ounces = 4.05 times as much
2010 Diamonds 26 pieces
2011 Diamonds 82 pieces = 3.1538 times

January-June totals
2010 Gold 197 ounces
2011 Estimation Gold 797.85 ounces (197 x 4.05)

2010 Diamonds 137 pieces
2011 Estimation Diamonds 432 pieces (137 x 3.1538)

so we will get (at the current and past rate of production) between the
following ranges for the year

Gold 750 ounces to 797.85 ounces
Diamonds 431 to 432 pieces

This Looks good!

Look for a very profitable year!
