i believe the fee paid at the end of aug 2010
covers a 12 month period .. which would include
what is owed <fy 2010 and when due fy 2011 Q1
which is due approx 5/15 .. then Q2 might squeeze
in under the year deadline .. due approx 8/15/2011>

mgmt needs to be consistent in the fins uploaded imo

as i've posted it's clear cash was a precious resource
carefully allocated <i suspect> b4 it even came in the co.s door

based on my conversations with mgmt since aspects were articulated
<this was march 2010> .. mgmt has specified that their goal
is *full transparency* .. one of the reasons i've been all over
<*politely*> them for an update is because there were specific
deadlines mentioned ~ one of which was april 2011 ~ that was
noted in the SM PR out last sept 16th

obviously the jan 2011 deadline was missed .. i have zero doubts
due to the router going down in oct 2010 and while mgmt will no
longer give guidance <imo not a bad thing> i do want updates
given to shareholders with a bit more consistency

as i've posted ~ we have had ONE PR out in 2011 ..
