Thank you much for updating shareholders Sass. I know you are in a tough position and there is an extensive process that you must go through to be able to post the blog. No one like delays but you kept your words and updated shareholders before the day is over. Your integrity was tested and it held.

I disappointed about this delay too but kind of expected it when the NT 10K was filed. Some will take this delay harder than other but what is more important is that the company is pushing hard to completes the merger.
