At least I understand that this is a colossal crap shoot with emphisis on crap at this point.. It's over priced and although at CVS stores with no follow up marketing will collect nothing more than dust.. It's B12 guys really nothing more sublinguil B12 slow acting really unproven in clinicial trials, certainlly good for you .. an alergy cure all? If it really was a grand slam hommer would have been scooped up years ago.. does it do no harm certianlly.. none... .......is B12 good for one .. so it seems. My doc. growing up used to slam us with B12 shots for everything from common cold to sprained ankle.. how it goes..
