Several weeks ago we met with the partners and senior auditors at M&K to discuss the audit process and timelines for completing the audit of the respective periods. It is expected that the audit process will take several weeks, which encompasses on-site financial reviews, revenue reconciliations, verification of assets and liabilities, etc.," said Jonathan Sym, Chief Executive Officer of The Evermedia Group.
