I can't go the legal advice route here so just Google it or have the corp attorney explain options. I say that because the corp will have to make the decision. I base my thoughts on info I received that most of the float is held by longs and is not very large. If some shares that are not in the float now are 144 restricted they will likely come off restriction in 60 days from issue and those holders will sell them into the float. That's the best scenario as I see it. The reason I see the need is simply the low volume. I believe that as posted, most of you believe in the company and are holdin not tradin. Activity breads activity in this game. I'm not sure that answer helps much but it is what it is. If there are no 144 shares in the mix I suggest the company use shares for consultants etc. and get more into the float and use the cash saved for s olid business model activities. again, talk to the attorney and if they are free tradin shares they get trading with no restriction period.
