If you are going to manufacture a new product the first thing you
do is obtain a patent, if you do not protect your idea with a patent you are waiting for someone to steal it,

and I doubt that a manufcating company would go forward and
produce anything without such protection, anyone can get a patent
for almost anything if there is not a patent already in existence for the idea , but it is "time consuming," I have been there took 11 months and then I had no interested manuf. company, lost cause,

as far as the SEC fillings in some cases I think can get by
with annual reports, if there isn't something filed by 4/30/11,
then I will be upset,

don't get me wrong I check the site everyday and then cuss
a little bit, but my gut tells me to wait, and it is not
usually wrong,

as for an attorneys name or something, all confidential,
checked with patent office, in pending patents, they release
absolutely nothing,
