MM's are playing games here. When you put in an order to buy at the Ask you should get at least a partial fill. I put in a limit order to buy a substantial chunk of shares at the stated Ask of .028 a bit ago after they dropped it back there (bid was .025 at the time) and I did not get even a partial fill. Shortly thereafter the bid changed to .028 and the ask was upped to .029. When you place an order at the atated ask you should at least get whatever is offered at that price. But in Pinkland the MM's can get away with whatever they want.
