From an email sent to me today.

Dear Shareholder,



In reference to the company statement on March 17, 2011 concerning displays for Lowe’s Companies, this order has no relation to the orders and or our current project with National Retail Services. Additionally, this is a new order and has never been announced prior. Your speculation that this is somehow related to previous press releases or past projects is incorrect.



Further, you are invited to visit our facility, and view current production of these products.

What would be the purpose of spreading misinformation about the NEW ORDER stating that it wasn't true when it was true?

This latest misinformation and doublespeak is being propogated and spread to confuse the facts about the limited influence of Lowes on Expo Holding's bottom line and to imply that Lowes has ordered cabinetry or additional displays from Expo Holdings over and above the original 20K order which had it's origins in 2009 and may possibly continue into 2012. It is an attempt to generate share sales and inflate the price of same by luring in the unsuspecting and naive with false implications.
