I think that it should have been halted when people still thought that everything was on the up and up. Now that people know exactly what they are buying into...basically, a lot of excrement, why halt it? The only thing hidden is how deep is this stuff, and how many people were shoveling it. The fact that it is buried in it, is rather evident.

Now, when someone is finally cleaning the mess up, why shoot them?
