PD, I respect the amount of time and effort you put into your research however, until I see a guilty verdict, I will continue to assert that CR is innocent.
The reason I said that Dworkin is of no value is solely because he's like a rat in a cage. He will do anything or say anything to save himself.
As far as the getting jumpy about the shorting comment. Your not hearing me... I have no connection monetarily to CR / NIR. I don't play with financial instruments that are beyond my expertise.
If you want to talk futures and options I will go toe to toe with you. However, I don't pretend to have the background knowledge you have with all of these firms and how they operate etc.
