No answer yet on the 2003 financial statements - What they provided up to now will never be accepted as an official SEC filing. Why don't they disclose the information stockholders are entitled to?
At least:
- explanation of no subsidiary shares appearing in Veltex USA FS
- complete notes.

How can they expect to become credible if they hold behind crucial public information?
