Shareprice doesn't reflect to have a 100m$$ report in the pipe. Normally there is always some leaking. Why does management not support the stock? They need to have at least the .08 for the r/s - no conversion of their loan to common stock .....

These board members have agreed to convert $500,000 of their loans to common stock, as soon as there is stock available, at rate of $0.08 per share based on the current capital structure or $8.00 per share based on a 100 to 1 reverse split of the common stock.
