I have a question why would any normal person put on there web page "ARTS HAS EXECUTED TWO REVERSE SPLITS WITHIN THE LAST YEAR. THE LAST REVERSE SPLIT WAS 1 FOR 24,000." Its almost like they are proud of what they are doing to the shareholders. Did they put that up or someone else?
