I have to agree with you here, they are testing the waters and they found out that when they speak the earth and markets no longer shudder. Now they know that little crumbs of information are not going to move stock up but only down. Stop with the double talk and be straight with the investors. We are now in the " Wheres' the Beef " mode. They are better off not saying anything before their paper is published and approval is given by the FDA,create anticipation and the price will bouy upwards, beware of stalling an anything less is a sign of weakness this is how it is read by the market place. This now either goes up or down. They have something here that can be so good, yet they just using the same old rhetoric to buy time an in the process they loose the lime lite of the markets interest and their own credability.
