I think they are going to release a PR at 3 today. All hell will break loose if it's a delay or they couldn't get the deal worked out. The thing is, they were into the auditing process which tells me that unless SLMU had something toxic on their books (which I am positive we would have known by now) they are working out final details. John Salamon would have to sign the final ledger, and I am sure he wouldn't do that without his lawyer looking at it. So once the deal is done, there are a few things that has to happen.
