That's fine with me dude. I'm not sure what we've agreed to disagree upon though. Is it that Corey is a good guy, has done nothin wrong, should have no one question his expensive life style and that NIR will be unaffected by recent events?

Here's what I believe just so we're straight. He has a fiduciary responsibility to those thst invested in NIR and enabled him to make a ton a dough. He deserves criminal charges if he's cooked the books and lied to his investors. Dworkin has testified that it did happen and he was told to do so by Corey. If you put a freeze on investor redemptions because of cash flow you personally take the financial hit on your own poor decisions. I also have good reason to believe that third party partners have shorted NIR funded companies and Corey has personally gained. All outside of the NIR umbrella. In other words, he's bet against those he's funded. A violation of note terms I've read and a bet that directly harms his investors. I also have good information that NIR forced funded companies to pay for consultin that never took place. See the Medgen filings for some on that. Trust me dude, I'm right and in two years or whatever time span fits your model we can come back and discuss it all to see who was right.
