You are correct.
Current shares are close to worthless, a R/S would temporarily raise the price but you would have less shares so your value remains the same, again, temporarily.
And yes, even though the shares are worthless, the company still retains whatever value it has in any assets,inventories if any,technologies, etc., though with HPON I`m not too certain this would be a whole lot.
The line you said about getting more capital by a R/S is the kiss of death, doing a reverse and then selling a gazillion shares again to raise money.
They can R/S anytime they want, no warning.
Wouldn`t be surprized to see a S-8 offering either.
