ERHE is guilty of poor guidance and late development. We, as minority shareholders, are clueless about the current business posture of Sinopec and/or Total. We don't know the current status of JDA discussions. We have no knowledge of conversations behind closed doors of the Board of Directors. We are not a fly on the wall in Peter Ntephes's office. We have no idea what moving parts are grinding away. We have no idea what Bovell is doing in regard to AIM. We have no inside information about what Gralla/Shafie are doing from 9am to 5pm. We don't know what and why Reginald Sewell has come on board.

What you do know is your well defined global beliefs that have been sharply honed and polished with repeated, obsessive, compulsive mis-characterizations based on complete lack of real knowledge.

You only know what you know. Which is scant since the company is guilty of poor guidance. Which does not equal bad management. It reflects and defines who you are. Your global beliefs are not facts.
