Can you tell me your plans or time frame for becoming a producing Gold Company?

Thank you for your email regarding the future plan of Bravo Gold Corp. To respond your question, I would like to begin my answer with the discussion of Bravo’s business model first. As a junior exploration company, Bravo intends to establish a partnership with a major mining company through joint-venture or option agreement to cooperate the exploration together. If the exploration generates significant drilling results, the major may be interested in purchasing the Company. This process often brings significant benefits to the shareholders (junior companies) by having the producing company pay for a premium for the stocks of junior companies. Our Management believes in such a business model and has a proven track record maximizing shareholding values through this way. According to our geologists, it may take Bravo up to 4 years to achieve this goal.

In the next 6 months, Bravo will focus on updating the mineral resource, permitting and preliminary engineering for roadway access to the site, and selecting an appropriate development partner. We continue to look at all possibilities that may enhance the value of the Homestake Ridge asset. These may include:

1. Identification of new exploration targets
2. Acquisition of nearby properties with significant exploration potential
3. Acquisition of nearby properties with accretive resources
