If what you are saying is correct, then I am more confident in this as a longer position. At first read, the filings seemed to neglect the issue of common shares, which led me to believe they weren't being considered in the transfer- so nullified.

But if that understanding is mistaken, then I stand corrected.

I do hope your understanding of it is correct, and that they would mention the cancelling if they were in fact to be cancelled.

This would mean a solid low position in not only a reorganized company, but in one that is soon to be reverse mergered into Ascent with shareholders intact. Low float to boot.
