Lol. Are you serious??? The OS is 54 times larger now, than when this was over a penny. OS went from 79 million to 4.4 billion. The float now, is up over 400 times what it was when this was over a penny. Float went from 9 million to 4.1 billion.

So, to answer your question, I guess a tiny fraction of the current OS/Float was BAKED IN when this was over a penny, lol.

Dilution is exactly that, the addition of shares that dilute the PPS. Very easy to see on this one with that chart you reference.
