Where does that say the money was paid to Kidd personally, not seeing that at all.

Regarding the filing today. What would be the dumbest thing someone would do to hide something you don't want anyone to know about? The answer is to file it with the SEC. Everything with JBI is above board and in the public record so all of us can debate it, just like it should be.

Truth is based on fact & only changes as a result of further evidence!
