Still here .... tune in just about every day. This continues to appeal to my common sense. (Bruce .... not smart a*s remark).

I think the postings on the happenings in the area fortify the confidence we have that we are in the right place at the right time and at an unbelievable price.

"Patience" is the order of the day. Let the flippers and the pumpers and the dumpers come and go ... the strong longs shall inherit the reserves.

Just don't get caught up in the day to day pricing. Meaningless.
