Another piece of QASP irony. It appears Jeff was just going to give Mineseeker (the QASP Holy Grail) away by allowing CentaFlix a window of opportunity to purchase Mineseeker (the QASP Holy Grail) out from under the QASP shareholders. The irony......just after the CentaFlix announcement, Mr. Canouse steps in and rescues Mineseeker (the QASP Holy Grail). In effect the QASP shareholders are beholden to Mr. Canouse for stepping in when he did. He prevented Mr. DeanGenova from completely giving the store away to CentaFlix.

Centaflix is in negotiations with "Mineseekers" a United Kingdom Company, for a funding relationship that will finalize development and implantation of their technology. Once the terms are set, we will assist with funding in a three part process that will give us a firm position in there company. We believe that this technology, with the right marketing, will bring large returns to the company and added value to our future merger with Quasar. As per our board, we will use our venture capital funds to finance this transaction, helping Mineseekers build a stronger company bringing value to our future shareholders and affiliates.
