"I don't believe the company is selling and if so, it's hard to understand why people are complaining when the A/S is only 2 billion. If the company was selling, what's the big deal? How many can they sell?"

The company continually issues convertible debt and convertible preferred stock to pay its "obligations". There is practically no limit to the potential number of shares. It is also evidenty that the recipicants of these shares are unwilling to hold them.

Doesn't that tell you something?
