ON SHARE STRUCTURE:

I have no problem whatsoever with someone bashing a stock using FACTS to back up their argument, but when they lie to insinuate falsehoods and scare investors that upsets me.

There are 47,625,000 shares issued and outstanding

Yes there was a 10 for 1 forward split April 30 2009, if you read the 10q from January of 2009 it tells you:

"Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date. As at January 15, 2009 there were 4,737,500 common shares issued and outstanding."

then the 10 for 1 forward split 4/30/09

and the most recent 10q

"Indicate the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date. 47,625,000 common shares issued and outstanding as of February 21, 2011.

Unarguable, Undeniable FACT:

there are 47,625,000 shares issued and outstanding
