I'm wondering if the court would accept something short of a formal SH vote to dismiss him. Maybe we could convince enough of the large SHs to go on record to oust him & bring it before Judge T. If necessary, we could probably raise enough money for a formal vote. At this point there is too much value to risk on this loose cannon.

There is no train to the edge of knowledge, no plane. You have to go on foot.
