Bottom Line is that it seems that the judge in question from the District court has overturned the bankruptcy request and that the Judicial commision of the supreme court in connection has granted a suspensive appeal against the bankruptcy. Or Words to that effect. This is all IMHO of course. My brain actually broke a sweat
