JoeD, Regarding not panning out, I guess I feel that way, because 2.00/3.00 will not get NEOM to NASDAQ. It has to 5.00/sh. So, in that sense, if it only makes it to 2.00/3.00, rather that 5.00, then management will not have met it's goals, to be re-listed, which, in turn will mean that things had not panned out for them as planned.

I'm sure management is hoping for a much higher pps than 2.00/3.00.
