I am also waiting to see what the new CEO produces in what I refer to as the 'proving period' aka first 3 months/100 days.

A new CEOs efforts in their first quarter can provide a better view of what they have to offer and exactly how they are going to go about doing it.

Here's hoping the new NVAE CEO comes out with some transparency, positive financials or the like.
