They try to get answers that the company doesn't back up there statements with. They aren't negative. Does every one on a board have to be cheerleaders? Isn't any one curious that SLMU has not been told what exactly they are getting for the 3.4 million in stock except for a fund that has to raise money after they merge and have the SLMU stock beforehand?
