MaryKay. I agree it was VERY significant to settle the lawsuit. I'm actually surprised he didn't get more. We must have some good attorneys. Reason being if I was in Jacks shoes I'd be looking at where NV is in this process of bringing the tech to market. I'd be saying to myself I'm in control. Who in their right mind would form an alliance with someone who has this hanging over their head? The ownership of the technology would be in question. So yes very significant!
