Fortunately for me I do not let the daily swings in share price both up and down cloud my ability to see the long term picture here... it's clearly evident that Jim Farooquee has wanted to take US Green Energy Inc. (USGE) public for some time now as evidenced by the Monogram Energy (MGRN) Letter of Intent with USGE press releases

http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Monogram-Energy-Inc-Announces-LOI-to-Acquire-US-Green-Energy-Inc-946036.htm

If USGE was a start up development stage company and not owned by a proven Pinksheet to NYSE CEO I may guard my investment with a little more fervor fortunately USGE is not a start up they seem to have a employee base of 50 to 100

and has green energy retail solutions spanning from LED lights all the way up to 2.5 million dollar green power plant energy converters... all this as well as the farming projects... ive found a wind, solar, and a bio diesel projects that have been initiated by USGE... with a 30-40 million share float I will go out on a limb and say this will not even have a chance of being a sub penny stock for much longer
